He was CFO for THEA PHARMA Spa, where he Develops Controlling Function and Grow Internal resource and SAP Process Improvement to Support Controlling and SC processes.

Hired in senior Finance Director role for BAXALTA PHARMA and seconded to establish a specialist CMO procurement function during a transitional period of extensive restructuring, with acquisition by SHIRE (now part of Takeda).
