News Body: An agreement has been signed with NewCap, a French Investor Relation company, which will be in charge of managing BIOGENERA SpA’s official communications as of its listing on Euronext Paris. NewCap was selected because it has extensive experience in Investor Relations (IR) of companies listed on the Paris Euronext exchange, including companies in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.
In detail, he will be responsible for:
- Communicating with investors: providing investors with the information they need to make informed decisions about buying and selling securities.
- Relate with analysts: relate with financial analysts who will conduct studies on the company, for future forecasts and estimates.
- Monitor stock performance: monitor the company’s stock performance.
– Giving updates: updating the company’s website in the Investor Relation section, as well as preparing reports with annual or semi-annual results that are also needed to prepare legally required documents.
